What are common uses for X-Rays?
X-rays can be used to determine if a bone has been broken, chipped, or dislocated, as well as to determine if a broken bone has been set properly for optimal healing. What can I expect?
One of our technicians will help you position yourself appropriately in order to provide the necessary view of the impacted area. While the X-ray is being performed, we will ask you to remain still in order to ensure that the quality of the image is not impacted. Some patients may require X-rays in multiple angles in order to get the best view of the impacted area and appropriately diagnose the issue.
